About

I’m Micaelyn Compton, a creative advertising consultant specializing in graphic design and ad strategy for both print and digital media. With a background in media sales and creative services, I’ve helped clients find their voice — and their audience — across newspapers, magazines, websites, newsletters, and social platforms.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of organizations, from for-profit media groups like the Press Democrat News Group (formerly Sonoma Media Investments) to nonprofit institutions like Bay Nature Institute. I’ve also provided long-term freelance support for the Lodi Sandhill Crane Association, designing seasonal print and digital campaigns for four years running.

My work includes ad and promotional design for environmental authors such as Joseph Belli and Dick Evans, whose work I’m proud to support through thoughtful, compelling visual storytelling that reflects their unique voices and missions.

What sets my work apart is the balance of creativity and strategy — and a commitment to client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and collaboration. Whether you’re placing your first ad or refining a multi-platform campaign, I’m here to make sure your message is seen, heard, and beautifully executed.
